OrderFlowTrading.com is comprised of various web pages operated by Predator Research LLC, a New Jersey Limited Liability Company (hereafter Order Flow Trading Web Site).
The web pages and related service messages are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of any Order Flow Trading Web Site page or service message constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

ARBITRATION
All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration in the state of New Jersey, or another location mutually agreeable to the parties. The arbitration shall be conducted on a confidential basis pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any decision or award as a result of any such arbitration proceeding shall be in writing and shall provide an explanation for all conclusions of law and fact and shall include the assessment of costs, expenses, and reasonable attorney's fees. Any such arbitration shall be conducted by an experienced arbitrator and shall include a written record of the arbitration hearing. The parties reserve the right to object to any individual who shall be employed by or affiliated with a competing organization or entity. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.
TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION
Order Flow Trading Web Site reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Order Flow Trading Web Site and Information Products or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Order Flow Trading Web Site as a result of this agreement or use of the Order Flow Trading Web Site. Order Flow Trading Web Site's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Order Flow Trading Web Site's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Order Flow Trading Web Site or information provided to or gathered by Order Flow Trading Web Site with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the web site user and Order Flow Trading Web Site with respect to Order Flow Trading Web Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Order Flow Trading Web Site.
